How to begin Tax Prep, Tax Planning or a Research Request?
New clients may initiate a discovery call by sending an email to request additional information or may sign-up via the client portal here; select a service and then complete the welcome and next steps intake organizer to receive an estimate for services requested.
Advisory services such as a tax plan with strategies, quarterly tax estimate, or customized research request may also be initiated through the client portal.
Are you taking on new accounting or bookkeeping clients?
We are currently not accepting new accounting or bookkeeping clients at this time. Existing clients remain fully supported. A referral list of trusted bookkeeping professionals is being prepared—check back here soon for updates.
When are fees due, and why prepayment is required?
Fees are due in full to start services, ensuring full attention, timely action, and exceptional quality from the start. Prepayment removes delays and creates the space to focus on strategies that can improve the financial outlook, not just meet filing requirements. Effective strategy shapes tomorrow’s results; compliance is only the starting point.
Pricing for New and Returning Clients
Pricing is transparent and tailored to your needs, with estimates provided upfront based on the complexity and scope of work. Tax preparation generally starts at $400, with a quote provided after reviewing your intake, and advising rates are listed here.
Returning clients receive preferred pricing in recognition of our ongoing relationship. While fees are periodically adjusted to reflect changes in scope, complexity, or regulatory requirements, returning clients generally receive more favorable pricing than new engagements.
Every return is prepared and reviewed by a licensed CPA—not software or entry-level staff—with strategic insights to help reduce taxes or qualify for special treatments.You’ll receive prompt, clear communication through personalized messages, brief calls, and recorded video explanations for complex topics, ensuring your time is respected. If the IRS contacts you about a return we prepared, we’ll handle the response and represent you, so you never face it alone.
Tax Document Submission Deadline
To ensure your return is completed on time and to give you adequate notice of any potential tax liability, all requested tax documents — including your completed annual organizer and any mailed forms — must be submitted no later than February 25th. Filings submitted after this date may still be completed by the April 15 deadline, but timely filing is not guaranteed.
Client Responsiveness Policy
To ensure timely and accurate service, clients are expected to respond to communications within 72 hours. Reasonable exceptions will be made for vacations, illnesses, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, consistent delays in communication may impact service delivery. If a pattern of unresponsiveness arises, we will issue a courtesy reminder. Continued lack of engagement may result in termination of services.
Request other services?
Existing clients with access to the client portal will receive an invitation in January (ahead of tax season) to confirm whether they wish to opt-in or opt-out of tax preparation services, ensuring timely e-filing.
For other service requests, please complete a client request form within the portal or simply request a discovery call to explore other services.
Accepted Payment Methods?
Payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
Invoices generally must be paid prior to the start of service.
Refund Policy?
Refunds for credit card and or bank transfers are considered within 24 hours of service delivery (if applicable) and exclude the payment processor’s non-refundable processing fees. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with timing dependent on your bank.
